Privacy policy for LabourCodeCalc.in
Last updated March 2026
This document covers data practices for the domain—not payroll advice. For estimate limits see the disclaimer.
What Information We Collect
The calculator runs entirely locally within your browser context. Absolutely no salary figures, CTC amounts, component percentages, or any other personal financial data are transmitted to our servers. To maintain and optimize the tool, we use Google Analytics (which is fully anonymised) to help us understand which pages and calculators are most useful to our visitors. This site may use contextual advertising in the future. Any such service will comply with Google's privacy policies and applicable Indian data protection law.
How We Use Information
Any anonymised usage and traffic data we do collect directly helps us improve the calculator's layout, loading speed, and numerical accuracy, while guiding us to add new content that our users find actively useful. We have a strict policy: we do not sell, share, or trade any metrics or data with third-party brokers. Furthermore, because we do not have user accounts or registration systems, we fundamentally do not store any personally identifiable information.
Your Rights and Contact
Users based in India maintain all standard data protection rights under the Information Technology Act and emerging digital privacy frameworks. Since we hold no personal accounts, there is no personal data to delete, but if you need to raise any specific privacy concern, email us at labourcodecalc@gmail.com — we respond within 2 working days. You can also reach us via the contact page.
If you contact us in the future, we will only use that information to respond to the query and maintain essential records. You can return to the salary calculator, the FAQ page, or the disclaimer.
